Replace "Yes" with a timestamp in "Occupied" line in room and rooms list pages

Description

Replace "Yes" with an "Since <timestamp-here>" value so to provide more information.

"Occupied Yes/No" was replaced by a more informative line which states if room is "Occupied" or "Unoccupied" also giving a fuzzy estimate of how long the room is in that state. For example: Occupied about 8 hours, Unoccupied about a minute. See revision 6546.

The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
