Add timespan as a comment to each graph

Description 

Every graph generated should have a comment stating the graph's timespan.It should be 
something like the following: ::
  
  From 2008-10-28 12:30:00 to 2008-10-28 13:30:00

or perhaps something more verbose.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as new The owner will remain dkart.
as The resolution will be set. Next status will be 'closed'.
to The owner will be changed from dkart to the specified user.
The owner will be changed from dkart to anonymous. Next status will be 'assigned'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
